	- gets DOS date, filling it into the following structures:

	struct date
	    {
	    int	 da_year;		- Year including century
	    char da_day;		- Day of the month
	    char da_mon;		- Month (1 = Jan)
	    };

	- MS C uses _dos_getdate()
