AL = status (00h,96h,D0h,D1h,D5h,D6h,FEh,FFh) (see #01961)

Notes: This function is supported by Advanced NetWare 2.1+. Caller must be an operator. If the specified position is greater than the number of jobs in the queue, the job is placed at the end of the queue
